Shaddock Creek Estates is a large established community of single-family homes in Northwest Frisco. Constructed over many phases since 2006, the final phase is gated and currently in close-out, with a small number of inventory homes and sites available by Shaddock Homes.


Situated between Eldorado Parkway and Main Street in West Frisco its location offers easy access to the Dallas North Tollway, or FM423 to State Hwy 121. This ideal position in West Frisco supports an easy commute to Plano, Addison, Dallas, and either of North Texas two key airports Dallas Love Field or DFW in Grapevine.

Sports enthusiasts will also benefit from easy access to Toyota Stadium (FC Dallas) or just a quick trip along the tollway to Dr Pepper Arena (Texas Legends) Dr Pepper Ballpark (Frisco RoughRiders), the National Soccer Hall of Fame, and The Star (Dallas Cowboys World Headquarters and Entertainment District).

Restaurants and Shopping

Immediately on its doorstep are popular retail offerings along Eldorado Pkwy where one can find a selection of supermarkets such as Super Target, Market Street, Costco, Sprouts, and Walmart.

Stonebriar Centre shopping mall is a short drive boasting a huge variety of stores and eateries. This mall also has great outlet shopping in the various retail parks surrounding, with favorites like IKEA, Nordstrom Rack, Big Lots, DSW, Old Navy, Steinmart and many more.

One could be spoiled for restaurant choices in the immediate area including The Heritage Table, Tupelo Honey, Cristina’s Mexican, Crush Taco, The Common Table, Rockfish Seafood and Grill, Pizzeria Testa, and Shoji Hibachi, to name just a few.

Frisco Square and the newly opened Frisco Fresh Market are a five minute drive along Main Street where you can avail of more retail and dining options, spend time at the impressive Frisco Public Library or catch up on Frisco History at the Frisco Heritage Museum.

Adjacent to the Square across the railway track you can enjoy the old town charm of unique boutiques, restaurants, and the Frisco Fine Art gallery in the Rail District.

Cottonwood Creek Park is a 68-acre park that surrounds the gated community and includes acres of lakes, trails, pavilions, and a fully stocked fishing pond. Two historic Denton county bridges have been repurposed in the park to complete an extraordinary backdrop.
