Frisco RoughRiders Post-Game Fireworks
The ‘Riders play at home June 28 – July 3. Catch the post-game fireworks displays on Friday night, June 28, Saturday night, June 29 and Wednesday night, July 3. The kids can see fireworks a little earlier, and you can avoid post-display traffic on the 4th.
PLUS, the RoughRiders always add other fun to the mix with consistent promotions. This weekend and headed into next week they have superheroes, a Crayola experience, a kid's jersey giveaway, and more. July 3 is the official RoughRiders' Stars and Stripes celebration, and sure to be a fun, family-friendly time.
Patriotic Pooches at Frisco Fresh Market
In honor of July 4th, Frisco Fresh Market invites you to bring your furry friends to the market for their Patriotic Pooches in the Market event on Saturday, June 29 from 8:00 am – 3:00 pm. Dress them up and show them how “so fresh and so Frisco” they are while shopping and eating in the market.
Throughout the day, random winners will be selected to win FFM t-shirts! And, be sure to stop by Pet Wants' booths for all-natural pet food, chews and treats – plus fun items like dog beer and ice cream!
Industrial Cigar Co. Block Party
Did someone say Block Party?! Thursday, July 4, 5:00 pm – 11:00 pm. Industrial Cigar Co. will host the “America AF” block party in conjunction with Brownells, Inc., and Cigars and Guns.
This free indoor/outdoor event will feature celebrity guests, food and drinks, door prizes, and legendary fireworks! Grab your FREE ticket here and get to know this cool, hospitality-driven cigar lounge here.
Hotter ‘n Firecrackers 5K and Glow Run
A fantastic Frisco tradition, participants in the Hotter ‘n Firecrackers 5K and Glow Run will light up the night on July 3 as they race through Frisco Square sporting flashing LED lights and their brightest fluorescent gear. Immerse yourself in the mesmerizing ‘glow’ effect, energized by the beat of electronic music. The run begins at 9 pm.
BONUS: As if the bright lights and great music aren't enough, don't miss the hilarious fun of our Dachshund Dash right before the 5K starts. It might not be the Kentucky Derby, but expect a nail-biter as these energetic little competitors chase the title of Top Dog in Frisco!
Frisco Freedom Fest and Fireworks Extravaganza
THIS is how we do the 4th in Frisco! The annual Frisco Freedom Fest festivities on July 3 – 4 feature rides and fun in the Children's Expo, live music on the Community Stage, a Patriotic Vendor Village and one of the biggest fireworks spectaculars in North Texas.
The festivities begin on July 3 with the aforementioned Hotter ‘n Firecrackers 5K and Glow Run, the Dachshund Dash, a Corn Dog Eating Contest, and a Cornhole tournament!
On July 4, the fun continues to build with a Party in the Plaza at Frisco Square, the Taste of Frisco, and an FC Dallas game at Toyota Stadium. (Buy your tickets to the game here for a great view of the post-game fireworks.)
The fireworks extravaganza will commence following the conclusion of the soccer match. The fireworks are launched from the field north of Toyota Stadium and visible from all areas around Purefoy Municipal Center and Toyota Stadium. Many families park nearby in any of the retail developments that surround the DNT/Main Street area.
Bring your friends, your folding chairs, and hang out in the parking lot until the show begins. It's truly spectacular!
