Boys and Girls Clubs of Collin County (BGCCC) is pleased to announce their 8th Annual Charity Texas Hold ‘Em Poker Tournament on Thursday, March 21st, at Gleneagles Country Club. The Title Sponsor for the eighth year is Money Matters with Ken Moraif.

Let's Have a Full House

The poker tournament will be held on Thursday, March 21, 2019, at Gleneagles Country Club, 5401 West Park Blvd., Plano, TX 75093. Doors open at 5:30 pm and seating will begin at 7:00 pm.

To pre-register, complete the registration form and make a $150 donation to BGCCC. Tournament entry, poker chips and hors d’ oeuvres are complimentary, and a cash bar will be provided. Blackjack tables will be available for guests that don't prefer poker, and prizes will be awarded at the end of the evening!

Seating is limited. Registration at the door is limited to available seats, and on a first come, first served basis. To ensure your reserved seat, register online today! No donation is required to win.

Why Your Support Matters

Boys and Girls Club of Collin County has branches in the cities of Frisco, McKinney, and Plano and serves over 3,260 young people from 5-18 as members. When combined, the after school, summer, and outreach programs touch the lives of 9,400 youth annually.

The Clubs have continued to grow as this area expands with new companies increasing jobs and bringing families into one of the fastest growing counties in the United States. Debra Sweezer, Chief Operating Officer, shared,

In 2018 alone, we grew 20% and these types of fundraising events help us to serve more children. This type of growth brings us closer to having a “Full House” in each of our locations and emphasizes the need for support.

BGCCC has 21 buses that bring members from 74 schools to the branches and has plans to expand to other cities in Collin County in an effort to reach more children.

For the 8th Annual Charity Texas Hold ‘Em Poker Tournament, BGCCC is honored to have Title Sponsor Money Matters with Ken Moraif. Ken and his company helping raise funds for their nationally known programs. Their dedicated and professional staff focuses on Academic Excellence, building Character and Leadership, and Health and Life Skills.

Their programs work, as 100% of the children advance to the next grade level on time, 100% of seniors graduate and go on to community colleges, four-year schools or the military and no children are in the juvenile justice system. Ken Moraif shared,

Boys and Girls Clubs of Collin County (BGCCC) has been meeting the needs of children in Collin County since 1968. BGCCC’s mission is to enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to realize their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens.
