See early voting turnout from 7 Texas counties with highest number of registered voters

As of the third day of early voting, Collin County voters cast ballots at the highest rate among the seven counties in Texas with the largest number of registered voters.

Roughly 17 percent of all registered voters in Collin County had either cast in-person or absentee ballots at the close of Wednesday’s polling, according to data provided by the Texas Secretary of State’s office. Travis County voters cast ballots at the second highest rate at approximately 15 percent.

Harris County, the highest populated county in the state, reported a combined 245,951 votes received from in-person and mail-in voters.
