2020 State of the City Luncheon: 11:45 am – 1:00 pm. Virtual, live-streamed event. Members of the Frisco Recovery Task Force will discuss what’s next to drive our efforts to continue to Reopen, Recover, and Rebound, and how Frisco and the area can continue to shine. Through the generous support of sponsors, this live event is now being offered for free to all virtual attendees; however, registration is required.

Elephant and Piggie’s “We Are In A Play!”: 7:15 pm at Willow Bend Center of the Arts, presented by NTPA-Frisco. An elephant named Gerald and a pig named Piggie are “bestus” friends, but Gerald worries that something could go wrong that would end their friendship. Piggie is not worried at all.

Annie Jr: 7:15 pm at Willow Bend Center of the Arts, presented by NTPA-Frisco. With equal measures of pluck and positivity, little orphan Annie charms everyone’s hearts despite a next-to-nothing start in 1930s New York City.

Battle of the Badges Blood Drive: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. Annual summer blood drive supported by the Frisco Police Department and the Frisco Fire Fighters. The “battle” challenges Frisco residents to give blood and cast ballots for their favorite badges.

Elephant and Piggie’s “We Are In A Play!”: 7:15 pm, Willow Bend Center of the Arts. NTPA-Frisco presents An elephant named Gerald and a pig named Piggie are “bestus” friends, but Gerald worries that something could go wrong that would end their friendship. Piggie is not worried at all.

Kevin Allen of GURU Fitness Training: 5:00 pm. Join Horizon Hot Yoga for a free special HIIT class taught by GURU Fitness owner Kevin Allen. Kevin does personal training, boot camps, video training, and NFL training. Register in advance.

Battle of the Badges Blood Drive: 9:00 am – 3:00 pm. Annual summer blood drive supported by the Frisco Police Department and the Frisco Fire Fighters. The “battle” challenges Frisco residents to give blood and cast ballots for their favorite badges.

Summer Community-wide Food Drive: 10:00 am – 2:00 pm. Frisco’s only community Food Pantry is one of Frisco Family Services‘ most utilized resources, providing more than 541,500 meals, and serving 3,785 individuals this past year. This vital resource allows Frisco and Frisco ISD neighbors and friends use their financial resources on other expenses during their time of crisis.

Health and Fitness

Roll with the Council: 1:00 pm, Shawnee Trail Sports Complex. Take a bike ride with your city of Frisco elected officials at a conversational pace.

Shopping and Services

Rail District Outdoor Market: 8:00 am – 3:00 pm. An ongoing open-air marketplace, where our local merchants bring their goods and services to the curbs! Salons, gift shops, boutiques, bakeries, restaurants, arts, music and entertainment, and more.

Frisco Fresh Market: Saturday, 8 am – 4 pm and Sunday, 10 am – 4 pm. Inspired by the iconic European markets, Frisco Fresh Market features local vendors with a variety of products ranging from seasonal produce to handcrafted items such as jewelry and candles and fantastic homemade foods.

Frisco Rotary Farmer’s Market: Open every Saturday until October, 8:00 am – Noon, weather permitting. Fun, local, farm-grown food, and healthy living products.
