Community

Town Hall Meeting: 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm. An opportunity to connect with the Mayor, City Council, and city leaders who serve as your hosts for the evening. Participate in-person or virtually – on the phone or via the Facebook Live stream.

Frisco ISD School Board Meeting: 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm, in-person at the FISD Admin Bldg or watch it streamed online.


Tuesday, June 15

City Council Meeting: 6:30 pm – 9:00 pm, City Council Chambers at George A. Purefoy Municipal Center. Watch the LIVE stream.

Kids and Family

Storytime at City Hall: 11:00 am. Join your favorite Librarians in City Hall’s Council Chambers for some songs, rhymes, books, and fun!

Pop-up Book Sale: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm. Stop by the Friends of the Frisco Public Library pop-up book sale in the 1st floor atrium of the Frisco Public Library! Used books for all ages, book bundles, audiobook CDs, graphic novels, movies, and games will be available for purchase.


Thursday, June 17

Kids and Family

Storytime at City Hall: 10:00 am and 11:00 am. Join your favorite Librarians in City Hall’s Council Chambers for some songs, rhymes, books, and fun!

Teen Pool Nights: Beginning June 10th, Thursdays are for teens! From 7:30 pm – 9:30 pm, for just $5, teens can hang at the Frisco Water Park swimming pool with their friends.

Arts and Entertainment

Music in the Square: 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm in Simpson Plaza, Frisco Square. Frisco’s free Friday night outdoor summer concert series is back featuring extraordinarily talented local performing artists.

Music in the Chamber: 8:00 pm, George A. Purefoy Municipal Ctr. Enjoy Frisco’s summer series of intimate concerts held in the Council Chambers, a state-of-the-art, acoustically designed space by architects associated with NYC’s Radio City Music Hall.

Summer Dive-In Movies: Join the Frisco Athletic Center each Friday night this summer for movies on the big screen at the Frisco Water Park!

Rails and Rods Car Show and Fundraiser: 9:00 am – 3:00 pm. An event showcasing history and horsepower as the Museum of the American Railroad hosts its first car show and fundraiser! Enjoy a rarely seen Frisco Car Collection, live music, Thomas the Train and Friends, antique cars and hot rods, food trucks, and more!

Peach Weekend at FFM: LOVE Peaches?!? It’s Peach Weekend at the Market! Several of the current vendors will be adding delicious peach-themed and peach-flavored items to their regular offerings! Peach treats of all kinds!

Rail District Outdoor Market: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. Every third Saturday, this open-air marketplace invites local merchants to bring their goods and services outdoors! Salons, gift shops, boutiques, bakeries, restaurants, arts, music and entertainment, and so much more.

Juneteenth Market: 10:00 am – 5:00 pm, Flea Style at The Star is celebrating local Black makers and shakers. 12+ Black-owned small businesses will be popping up outside their Frisco storefront — plus fun activities and drinks.

What’s Coming Up
